2. Principles of data processing

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This app does not collect personal data through its own forms or registration processes. However, certain integrated third-party services may process data under their own privacy policies. We inform you about these below.

3. Google AdMob (Advertising)

This app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads. AdMob may process the following data:

• Device identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS)
• IP address
• Usage behaviour within the app
• Location data (if authorised)

On iOS devices, consent for collection of the IDFA is obtained in accordance with the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Personalised advertising is only served after explicit consent has been given.

4. RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

We use RevenueCat to handle in-app purchases (e.g. RuleCaddy Pro). RevenueCat processes the following data:

• Anonymised user IDs
• Purchase and transaction data
• Device and app information

The actual payment processing is handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. No credit card or bank details are stored by us or RevenueCat.

5. Data transfers to third countries

Google LLC and RevenueCat are US-based companies. Data transfers to the USA are carried out on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, as well as within the framework of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
